Discover a new guide for Bygone Nether Mod Wiki. Bygone Nether Mod introduces to the game new Nether structures and enemies in Minecraft, which will make this dimension more dangerous and terrifying than the usual vampire flying around the map with Fireballs that can easily be blocked.
In the future, the Nether will soon become quite obsolete, as most Minecraft players can easily get to this part of the game with almost no difficulty. With Bygone, the Nether will become a strong candidate to become the most feared dimension as there are many new structures, enemies as well as secrets and treasures for players to explore more deeply. Right now, players need to prepare a lot better if they want to have a chance to survive in this dangerous land.

Bygone Nether Mod Feature:
A Nether structure mod for Minecraft 1.16.5+ that aims to enhance the lore behind the Nether dimension, as well as provide additional challenges and engaging gameplay in the survival game mode.
Discover new structures specific to each Nether biome, as well as new mobs that inhabit it. Includes the redesign of fortresses and the addition of Fort Ruins to the Basalt Plain. See the Image Tab for the reveal!
Catacombs
In the Nether Wastes, inside the Nether Wastes Biome, you can find the Catacombs. This giant structure looks a lot like the Wither, with many heads. You can dig your way inside with a Pickaxe.
There’s not much inside the Catacombs. A staircase will allow you to go up and down the structure, and it is filled with hostile withered skeletons. There are a few hidden chests found that will contain some valuable loot.
Citadel
Inside the Warped Forest is the Citadel, which resembles a tower. It is made up of Warped Bricks, which is a new block powered by the mod. This part can also be crafted from Warped Roots and Nether Bricks.
Surrounding the Citadel is a new creature called the Warped Enderman. These will attack you instantly, they are not like regular Enderman, it doesn’t matter if eye contact.
Like other structures provided by the mod, Chests can be found throughout the Imperial Citadel containing loot. The loot you find is also pretty good, as there are often Enchanted Diamonds equipment and lots of Nuggets inside them.
Bygone Nether Mod Fortress
- The Fort is very similar to the Nether Fort. However, it is much larger and more exposed. To find Forts, you’re better off looking in the Basalt Deltas Biome.
- The creatures that you will encounter here are Piglins, Blaze and Magma Slime. This is a redesigned version of the existing Nether Fortress.
PIGLIN DECORATION
- The final location is Piglin Manor, where many hostile Piglins live. You can find this structure inside the Crimson Forest, and it is also home to some new mobs.
- There are several Chests inside the structure, as well as some Striders in the Lava pools. It will make a suitable home for the Nether if you can clear the Piglin Manor.
- The creatures you find in Piglin Manor are hostile. A new addition is the Piglin Hunter, which can be found riding the Withered Skeleton Horse outside the manor.
GOLDEN plated NETHERITE
Like other mods that alter the Nether, Bygone Nether also allows you to create Gilded Netherite Armor. All you need to do is place the Netherite Device inside the Blacksmith Table along with the Gold Ingot.
While it makes for a very eye-catching outfit, wearing the gilded Underworld Equip will be most useful when exploring the Underworld. Nearby Piglins won’t become hostile, since you’re technically wearing Gold.
