You can find out the full information on how to write scripts and interact with the mod on the wiki.
What can you do?
You’re able to set the temperature, create new and entirely custom biomes.
The long-term objective of the edition is to allow pack makers to release a completely new level of customization to their mod packs.
Since the current mod only modifies the world during generation, you can only install it on the server-side.
But, if you want to use color overrides, it’s necessary to set in on the client-side! Some features are disabled by default and ask you to enable BiomeTweakerCore.
The owner does not guarantee it will run with modded biomes although it should. And, he does not guarantee it will be bug-free.
You shouldn’t skip the supported builds and experimental builds.
We have a list of some items that the mod can make as follows.
- Changing the basic properties of biomes such as name, colors, temperatures, blocks, so on.
- Generating new biomes from a blank slate or as a copy of an existing biome
- Clearing the present biomes from generation
- Improving or totally deleting decorations and features like grass, flowers, trees, dungeons…
- Adding new and custom decorations to biomes with worlds
- Removing and adding mob spawns to biomes
- Taking the place of any block placed while generation on a per biome per-world basis.
Remember to check the wiki for the list of obtainable features! The possibilities are unlimited!
