Discover a new guide for Incendium Mod Wiki. Incendium Mod completely changes the Nether with only Vanilla Blocks. Do you need a Mod that uses only regular blocks, aiming to revamp your favorite realm? now it’s super simple for you, as Incendium only uses Vanilla Blocks.
it’s also completely server side, meaning you can install this Mod on your server and multiplayer will see a Nether completely new without the need to download any additional content.
As convenient as it is, Incendium is not a sort of patch Mod for the Nether, the Mod is absolutely amazing at cherry picking which blocks go to which part of the Nether thus creating a whole new environment out of these blocks. . old and outdated blocks. At the same time, players can also find new auto-generated structures to explore and discover.
Mod type:
Incendium Mod
Incendium is a data plan designed to completely overhaul the Nether using just vanilla blocks.
Not only has the Nether expanded the generation height to 192, but Incendium has also added over 8 brand new, top notch biomes and 9 new structures with new custom mobs, items, and advancements. The terrain has also been overhauled, with jagged mountains, zigzag caves, and more.
This mod is completely server-side. This means that if it is running on a server, players with the old client can still join and play. It also means that the custom items added by this pack are just variations of vanilla items with special behavior – not their own item types.
Incendium makes the nether a little more difficult, but also much more rewarding. Structures such as the Nether Reactor, the Sanctum, and the Forbidden Castle harbor treasures that only the greatest adventurers can obtain.
This mod is not compatible with Nether Amplifier but should be compatible with most other Nether mods.
Incendium Mod Wiki
Incendium Mod is a foray from the developer Starmute, whose goal is to completely improve the Nether beyond what was made possible by the Nether Update. Launching August 10, 2020, adds 8 brand new biomes, 9 new structures and takes full advantage of jigsaw blocks to create extremely dynamic structures. This project aims to increase the difficulty of the Nether a bit, but at the same time make it much more enjoyable to play there, especially for late-game players. I suspect technical players will also have a lot of fun designing new farms enabled by this pack.
Incendium is Starmute’s first WorldGen project. After learning about the added WorldGen tools of Minecraft Java 1.16.2, Starmute wanted to do a “Better Nether Update” and spent months learning and developing the Incendium Data Pack, it quickly became as an example, as the Worldgen Data Pack it became an example of all that was possible through Datapacks at the time, with new terrains, structures, mobs, items and functions .

Vanilla biome changes
Incendium overhauled some vanilla Nether biomes with features to add to the overhauled terrain, and new terrain. The main change is “3D biomes”, a change made in 1.18 that allows for different biomes in the same chunk but at different Y levels.
While this change was made to the new Overworld caves, Incendium, using existing Amplified Nether assets, has applied 3D biomes to the Nether, allowing you to have a Quartz roof. on the Soulsand Valley, but also allows the creation of new and unique biomes such as the Inverted Forest.
Incendium also alters the elevation of terrain by taking advantage of its ability, to make the Nether 192 blocks tall, which is x1.5 times the height of the Nether in Vanilla.

Compatibility
Note that most Fabric mods will need the Fabric API to work and for this reason it is not listed as a necessary add-on. Also note that Quilt is not a perfect replacement for Fabric and some mods may not work properly with it.
This community driven listing is here to inform you about the Incendium-compatible Overworld-affecting Mods and Data Packs. This means that Mods/Datapacks’ structures/ores/blocks/plants/mobs/items appear or merge seamlessly with the Incendium terrain.
If a Mod or Datapack is not on the list, it is either untested, incompatible, or not a mod whose content appears or merges seamlessly with the Incendium biome, including, for example, Datapack or Mod affects other/new dimensions. Some Data Packs may not have been updated by the mod developer to the latest version of Incendium, but may work.
Incendium is compatible with all Stardust Labs mods, with the exception of the amplified Nether on all available versions. Because they both modify the same key features of WorldGen, Incendium cannot work with Nether Amplified, this includes:
- Expanded Nether Roof,
- 3D Biomes
- Terrain shaping.
Other Nether WorldGen Datapacks/Mods that add biomes will probably not work well together with Incendium (unless compatibility is provided by either party through an addon or update). Problems can arise with Datapacks or Mods overwriting vanilla mob loot tables as well as interfering with the functionality of vanilla tools.
Any other PackageMods will not affect the operation and can be combined with Incendium, moreover, if they work using the Fabric or Forge tag. WorldGen plugins are not and will not be supported.
