Thaumic Tinkerer Mod is currently available for 1.12. It’s an add-on to Thaumcraft Mod by azanor, adding new and helpful items to the original.

It is a mod that is still in an Alpha state. At present, there are just a couple of features that it has already re-added.
You can connect to the discord to talk to the owner.
Not only that, it comes up with a strange effect: Dislocation Focus.
The owner will be adding around one block/item a day and releasing weekly or longer in near future. The developer will do so until they complete recreating the mod.

It’s a spiritual successor to Elemental Tinkerer Mod. It revolves around tinkering with thaumic creations.
The aim of the current add-on is to supplement objects that you can create by using your knowledge. You can achieve the knowledge from the vanilla Thaumcraft researches.
As of the existing release, there are 18 new items that you can research. Two of them are from Knowledge Fragments.

How to install:
Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
Locate the Minecraft application folder.
- Open Run from the start menu.
- Type %appdata%, click Run.
Input where Thaumic Tinkerer Mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods Thaumic Tinkerer Mod folder.
When you open Minecraft, you see the mod is installed when click the button mods
