Rope Bridge Mod builds rope bridges and currently rope ladders. It also consists of a lot of other features that you can see here.

How to craft a grappling gun
To create a grappling gun, you need to craft three sub-parts first.
Note that version 1.12+ will require rope rather than a string.
Meanwhile, Ladder Gun Recipes are coming soon. Utilizes Barrel and Stock, except for separate head.
Hook: 5 iron ingots
Barrel: 6 iiron ingots, 3 strings
Stock: 1 flint and steel, 1 gunpowder, 2 iron ingots, 1 string, 2 wood.
It’s not hard to craft the gun itself from the three parts.

How to build a bridge
To start a bridge in Rope Bridge, please fire the grappling gun! When you aim the gun (right-click), the player’s view will be zoomed in and moves in line with a cardinal direction.
After that, the bridge will pop up.
You cannot build the bridge if:
There is something in the way. They go with smoke particles.
The bridge is too steep.
The necessary materials are not existing in the inventory.
You can disable those restrictions in the config file.
If something cannot happen rightfully, a prompt will begin. You will know what the issue is and how to fix the problem in chat.
If everything checks out, you can build the bridge from slabs and find string in your inventory.
Decide the material of the bridge by the first type of slab in the inventory.
Commands
Besides, you can generate bridges between 2 coordinates by using the following command.
/ropebridge x1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2 [wood_id]
For instance:
/ropebridge 0 60 0 20 64 0 5
You can set up a dark oak bridge from (0, 60, 0) to (20, 64, 0).
Leaving the wood_id blank should build with the default material, oak.
The command is only in 1.18 and below.

To break the entire bridge at a time, sneak and break any bridge section with the Grappling Gun.

How to install:
Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
Locate the Minecraft application folder.
- Open Run from the start menu.
- Type %appdata%, click Run.
Input where Rope Bridge Mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods Rope Bridge Mod folder.
When you open Minecraft, you see the mod is installed when click the button mods
