Discover a new guide for Village Employment Mod Wiki. Village Employment Mod introduces Minecraft players to the prospect of becoming an employee for a village, albeit unpaid. Living alone in the vast Minecraft world can be adversarial for new players.
Although the Villagers are very kind to the player, they will not accept the player to their rank because Steves is inherently different from them. With Village Employment however, players can begin their long career in a village. Whether a beekeeper, a beekeeper or just an ordinary farmer, your efforts will be the catalyst for the future prosperity of the village.

Feature:
This mod is much smaller than most of EnderPreston’s other mods, but they still put a lot of thought into it. They have added costumes for every occupation known to the villagers, including the Wandering Trader. Some of the costumes (and their characteristics) will be listed below:
- Armorer
- Butcher
- Cartographer
- Cleric
- Farmer
- Fishermen
- Fletcher
- Librarian
- Shepherd
- Weapon maker
- Stand-alone Apron (Left to Right: Leatherworker, Mason and Toolsmith)
Wandering Trader
- Makes you invisible at night or when under attack (Note: only works when trader ruleCostumeInvisibility is set to true)
Nitwit
Iron Golem
- This armor can make the player a lot stronger and craftable, but the weight also slows the player down.
Testificate
- These outfits are craftable, but they are purely cosmetic.
Vindicator
- They will still attack you in Survival but you can ride Ravagers, so I recommend doing that in Creative. Other Illagers will still attack you, but I’ll try to fix this.
Evoker
- Same effect as Vindicator
- Press V to summon a circle of Evoker Fang around you. Press V while sneaking to summon Vex. Like Ravager, Vexes will still attack you in Survival Mode.
Pillager
- Same effect as Vindicator
- If you are killed while wearing the Captain Pilager Flag, you will receive a bad omen for the mob or player who killed you.
Witch
- Protects you from some negative potion effects and automatically applies certain potion effects under certain circumstances
- I should also point out that none of these skins (except Iron Golem armor and Testificate outfits) can be crafted. The Wandering Trader Costume is obtained from killing a Wandering Trader and other outfits can be found in the Village chests. Oh, and all of these skins (except for those of the Wandering Trader, Iron Golem, Nitwit, and Testificate) give players other Villager-like traits. Specifically, when a villager gets Reincarnation I from the trade, the player (if wearing the full outfit) will also get it!
In addition to these skins, added a few other things.
Grass Path Slab
This block can help make the Village more accessible to people who hate Auto-jumping. However, due to the only 7 pixel tall model I used, the block is a bit buggy and it doesn’t work exactly like a normal plate. To get this block, you craft it using 3 horizontally placed Grass Path blocks. Can’t get Grass Path blocks in Survival, even with Silk Touch, added a crafting recipe for Grass Path blocks.
Grunge and Sponge
This unique tool can be used to quickly change vanilla colored decorative blocks into their moss color variations and vice versa.
Orb of Dominance Staff
This staff, when right-clicked, can summon Illager’s minions to fight for you. You can eliminate these minions by hitting them with the staff.
