Become a vampire with Vampirism Mod at MC Wiki. This mod adds some rituals that allow you to become a vampire first and then level up as a vampire, with higher levels you will be faster, stronger, better night vision. Vampires are fast, powerful, and bloodthirsty beings that hate the sun but are not afraid of the dark – and the best part is: You can be one!

This mod allows you to be a vampire with all the classic advantages and disadvantages.

After being bitten by a vampire or injecting yourself with vampire blood, you will receive an effect called “Sanguinare Vampiris”, which will eventually turn you into a vampire.

More interestingly, you can completely decide to become a vampire hunter to start the quest, fighting with these evil creatures.

Being a Vampire

As a vampire you don’t need to eat dry bread or strange fruit called “apple”, you like some red and delicious blood, which you can drink from animals or best of all villagers. If you’re careful, they can regenerate health over time, but if you drain all of their health at once, they’ll die. Instead, as a skilled vampire, you can turn them into vampires. You may notice that now your eyesight and fangs turn red.

Initially, you are a very ordinary and weak vampire, but by performing vampire rituals you can level up and gain new powers. In addition to becoming stronger and faster, you also get skill points that can be used to unlock abilities like night vision, bat transformation, teleportation, and more.

However, being a powerful vampire also has its downside as you will take damage from sunlight and face stronger vampire hunters. So you might want to switch your activities to nighttime, unlock night vision, and build yourself a coffin to sleep through the day. Don’t forget to decorate your home, by coloring it red.

Become a vampire hunter

If you don’t like vampires, this mod can still offer a lot. Armed with crossbows and other useful weapons, you have a full arsenal at your disposal. By collecting items, fighting powerful vampires, and exploring the world, you can level up and unlock advanced skills that improve your hunting or even allow you to use Use some of the vampire’s powers against them.

Vampirism Mod World

There are a few additions to the world. There is a new biome called the vampire forest, including new mobs. This fog biome is mostly inhabited by vampire creatures and home to vampire barons that you need to fight for ceremonial items.

Since vampires prefer to suck the blood of villagers, villages are now guarded by vampire hunters. If too many people in the village were bitten, they would call for reinforcements, or if the situation became too dire, the villagers would take their pitchforks and start hunting vampires themselves.

Villages can be controlled by vampires or hunters, which gives them additional benefits. Consider planning a raid to capture some territory, if you want to capture a village.

Multiplayer:

This mod is made to support working on multiplayer servers perfectly. Players can choose to join the vampire side, the hunter side, or even virtually skip this mod if they want to – the choice is yours. You can also only enable PVP between factions, so the vampire vs human fight can go on without affecting the rest of your server.

Most hostile creatures are affected by the player’s power. The strength of a spawned creature is affected by the level of nearby players. Around strong vampire players, there will be strong hunters, but around normal people, only weak vampires will appear.
