You can include the mod in your mod pack if you meet some conditions as follows:
PM the owner on Minecraft Forums to perform your intent to add it to your mod pack. Besides, you should do that before adding the name of the mod pack with a link to it.
It’s essential to provide very visible credit to the author, Emoniph.
You can’t claim that you created any part of the present release.
Your mod pack must have a link back to the Witchery Minecraft Forum thread.
You and any affiliates can’t make money off of it.
You need to remove the mod from your mod pack within 30 days if the owner asks you. Remember to check your email, PM on the MC Forum site, notice on the mod MC Forum thread!

Used Terms
Mod – modification, plugin, a piece of software interfacing with the Minecraft client. To extend, supplement, edit or delete original capabilities.
Mojang – Mojang AB
Owner – Emoniph, the initial author. Under the copyright terms when buying Minecraft (https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula). He has full rights over his mod in binary and source form.
User – End-user, person installing the mod.
Liability
The creation has no warranties. Its possessor is not responsible for any damage while you are using it.
It changes fundamental parts of the game. Parts of Minecraft may not operate with it.
Use
Use of the current mod to be set, manually or automatically, you will gain that without restriction.
Redistribution/Mod packs
The owner may only distribute it where he uploads, mirrors, or links to.
Mirrors must have advance written permission from him.
He strictly forbids any attempt to make money off of without advance written permission. Additionally, he may claim damages or take other action to solve the situation.
Mod packs can solely contain the mod if they first get permission. Mod packs that can distribute the mod must make sure that they comply with. Furthermore, they have to ensure users of their mod packs agree with terms.
The owner reserves the right to clear permission to a mod pack to share the mod. Don’t ignore the period of thirty days!
Derivative Works/Modification
It may not be feasible to decompile, reproduce and/or modify the product under any case without prior written permission. Keep in mind that it is not open source!

How to install:

- Open Run from the start menu.
- Type %appdata%, click Run.
Input where Witchery Mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods Witchery Mod folder.
