Antique Atlas Mod

Antique Atlas Mod Wiki is a craftable item that displays a special map screen. You can navigate the map by clicking and dragging, and zoom through the wheel. In addition, on-screen buttons allow you to add/remove or hide markers and export the map to an image file.

Requires both server and client installation.

You are free to include this mod in mod packs, as long as you don’t monetize it.

The map is created around the player by choosing a biome to represent each 16×16 block section. Custom biomes added by other mods are automatically assigned to default texture sets based on their type as registered in the Forge BiomeDictionary, but you can add your own texture packs with textures custom textures: see Edit Textures

As of this writing date (2018-06-02), when you export an image file, it will be in PNG format and contain a map of the size the player is currently in.

This mod originally started as a spin-off from the (discontinued) mod project’s Mission, it was inspired and improved by ideas from the team.

For more Quest related content, check out coolAlias’ Zelda Sword Skill! His mod also uses the Atlas API to mark Boss Dungeon locations. Make sure to use the appropriate Antique Atlas download that says it’s ZSS compatible!

Modifiers can use the Atlas API!
