Pyromancer Mod WIki

The mod has a learning curve in it, forcing players to adapt to the new power system, but once players get the hang of it, they will inadvertently switch between unique attacks.

At the same time, the Mod implements a novel event, the Pigman Legion, in which a large army of Piglins with different skills will be spawned and hostile to the player upon activation. Alternatively, a Boss Entity would roam the world, waiting for a worthy opponent.

Pyromancer Feature:

  • Pyromancer is a mod that aims to expand the Minecraft experience with fire-related items.
  • The mod adds over 10 new unique weapons, 3 armor sets, LOTS of combat gear and 2 brand new Nether biomes
  • To begin your adventure as a pyromancer, you’ll search for pyrowoods that grow in the desert, towering over the dunes.
  • Their wood is a valuable resource, able to withstand the hottest places even though it can’t stand water. With it, you will craft a Pyromancer board, then go into the Nether to collect materials to create a Blazing Journal

Pyromancer Mod Wiki

Blazing Journal:

Blazing Journal as a pyromancer, this is your best friend on your journey. It can store fire powder that you can use to unleash tremendous firepower on your enemies… and friends. To charge it, simply place it in a special slot on the firebending table and then place the fire powder. The maximum ability of the Magazine is 256 flames, each fire powder gives 8 flames. Put Blazing Journal on your old needle to get it to work

Blazing Journal’s main use is to power up your attacks with firepower. On your journey you can find enchanted books with golden enchantments. Such enchantments can only be applied to the Magazine and affect the weapon in your main hand. During each attack with a suitable weapon, these enchantments consume 1 flame from the Magazine.

You can customize your Flaming Diary with a brush. Such customizations not only change its appearance, but also add special abilities to Blazing Journal’s enchanted attacks.

  • Blazing Quill: standard brush, no special effects
  • Membrane Quill: reduces the cost of enhanced attacks to zero at night
  • Fungus Quill: releases spores that slow enemies, +1 cost for flames
  • Nomad Quill: bought from wandering merchants, replenishes hunger when attacking, +1 burning cost
  • Smoldering Cwig: summons pyroroots that paralyze your enemies and apply Ignite, +2 flame cost
  • Hellblaze Quill: artifact with cost and cooldown halved, +3 flame cost

Weapon:

Pyromancer adds a new weapon – mace, a heavy weapon to penetrate enemy defenses. They have less damage than axes but have a faster attack speed.

The slingshot is a semi-long-range weapon that can be charged with different ammunition to aid your melee attacks. Like a crossbow, it is charged with the right mouse button, but fires with the left mouse button.

Hogwhip is a weapon designed to deal with many enemies. Its attacks can pierce an unlimited number of enemies and hook them closer to you, paving the way for them to attack melee.

  • Steam Bottle: a throwable weapon that releases mercury vapor on impact
  • Bombsack is an analogue of grenades, which explode on impact
  • Scatter Bombsack: a bomb bag but with greater destructive power
  • Napalm Bombsack: a bomb sack but it generates fire on impact
  • Rotten Bombsack: a type of bomb bag but it does not explode and expands on impact

Firelink is a greatsword that can act as a reference point. Just right click on the campfire to link it to a sword and then right click to go back to the campfire.

The Flammenklinge is a legendary sword, fueled by centuries of rage. It has two modes: winding and straight. In winding mode, it allows you to jump on your enemies and deal massive damage to them on landing. In straight mode, it creates a stream of fire when attacking.

Schmelzstern is a legendary mace, filled with anger and hatred. Its attacks have a higher knockback, crushing enemy armor and applying Ignite.

Overlays are consumables that give your weapon a special effect. You cannot give more than one infusion at a time, using the overlay when the infusion is already in place will take the place of the infusion.

  • Netherite Shards: dropped from any pigman from the Pigmen Legion

Biomes:

Fiery Forest:

Home of pyrowood, a burning forest from where the Unburned came. Most of the life forms in this place are fiery plants that are not afraid of fire but are afraid of water and cold. In addition to plants, Flaming Grove is home to creatures born from pyrowood.

Rotten Forest:

The damn place where there’s no fire, where the withering rages and all life is slowly dying. The plants and fungi there suffer from Rot disease, which decomposes all but gold. Fortunately, Rot can be easily purged with flames so a skilled pyromancer should have no trouble dealing with it. Local Pigs have gone mad after living with Rot for many years and now they are nothing more than a mindless beast, lurking in the Forest, waiting for their prey to arrive. Unlike ordinary piggy banks, they despise gold, angry with its glitter.

Mobs:

Frostcopper Golem – ancient war machines built by an unknown civilization. These human-sized golems with thick metal armor and coolers were designed with the sole purpose of resisting the pygromancer’s fire magic. Centuries have passed, but to this day bronze golems lie under the snow in the frozen fields of past battles. During blizzards and thunderstorms, something causes them to emerge from the ground, looking for enemies. They attack piglets as soon as they see them and are neutral to the player.

You can use them for your own purposes as their bodies make an excellent conductor of electricity. Lead such a golem onto a powered block, attack it to cause lightning to strike it. Hit it when not on a powered brick to create lightning strikes on nearby lightning rods.

Pyroents are the guardians of the forest, they will not hesitate to attack anyone who threatens their home, even if an intruder takes only one flower.

Pyroacorns, as the name suggests, are young pyroents not strong enough to defend the Grove, but agile enough to lure intruders to adult pyroents.

Scorches are insect-like creatures whose function is to pollinate local crops and produce false honey from them. And they’re not willing to give any of that to you without a fight.

Marauders, barbaric hunters who took pig skins as trophies. They show no fear or even logic in their actions, spreading Rot with their claws.

Pigsploders, once master explosives makers, now no longer have gunpowder to make explosives, so they steal other people’s food to rot and return it to their victims’ faces in vapor form. like a bomb bag.

Big event:

  • Pigmen Legion: you can summon an army of pigs from the past because with the restored Nether Reactor power, now with a beacon instead of its core. They were much more armed and organized than modern piggy banks, carrying netherite gear and even some fire weapons of their own.
  • To summon this event, you must build a link reactor (from Minecraft PE) with a beacon in place of the core and then click on it with the core fragment (dropped from the Wither). The event ends when more than 30 pigmen are killed or when you click back with a core fragment.
  • Unburned:  Guardian of Flaming Grove, pure entity of anger, fire and coolness. He was first awakened when the pigmen attacked the Grove for its resources, and ironically, after thousands of pigmen were slaughtered, he was defeated in that battle. With the power of the strongest drink found in the Nether, he was put to an eternal slumber in the deserts of the Overworld, waiting for someone to wake him up again.
  • You must find a fractal cucumber if you want to summon Unburned, a rare plant that grows in a warped forest. Right click with it on a sandbar in the desert to summon him. Unburned has many attacks so make sure you are mentally prepared to face him.
