FastWorkbench (Forge) Mod 1.18.2/1.16.5/1.12.2 aims to enhance functions in relation to crafting in Minecraft. It also gives fixes to the bug found in version 1.12.

Crafting is an important process in the game. You have to craft items and things that serve your adventures or your purposes. However, not all players have a good experience with crafting. Hence, a mod like FastWorkbench is necessary.
The purpose of the mod is to improve the performance of the functions that relate to crafting. Besides, it provides the bug with fixes. That bug was introduced in version 1.12 in which momentary freezes are caused by when you shift-click crafting an item stack.
Improvements for crafting:
- The mod makes crafting functions cache the last recipe that was used.
- It also decreases calls to the cached recipe. It does this by finding out changes when the preserved item in the crafting matrix does change.
- This leads to the number of appropriate functions being decreased to one.
- The recipe book was eliminated. In other words, the recipes would not be synced upon login so the client could access them in the book.
- This led to a large increase in login times.
- If you are on version 1.13 or above, the recipes will be synced as a section of the new recipe system.
- In the new versions, the mod eliminates the recipe book button. However, you can configure it.
FastWorkbench Mod makes your crafting process easier. The mod is consistent with any mods that use WorkbenchContainer.

How to install:
Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
Locate the Minecraft application folder.
- Open Run from the start menu.
- Type %appdata%, and click Run.
Input where FastWorkbench Mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
When you open Minecraft, you see the FastWorkbench Mod is installed when clicking the button mods
