FastCraft Mod Wiki
This Miscellaneous mod seems to be quite convenient for anything even high-end PCs with fast performance. It is optional for the mod to be on both server and client. In other words, you can install it on both or on just one of them.
Even the versions between the server and client don’t fit, they are still fine and consistent with the mod. However, you are recommended to utilize the latest version on both sides.
How to install the mod:
- It does not need any configuration because it was made to be clear to the user.
- To install it, you put it into the mods folder. You make sure that Minecraft Forge is already installed.
The mod uses various optimizations and tweaks such as:
- FPS improvements for the client. The advantages count on PC, mods, as well as the world.
- Improvements for TPS or simulation via faster code and nicer algorithms.
- The lag spike is eliminated from elements such as world generation, light calculations, and chunk loads.
- You can save RAM, which is around 200 MB for a good number of mods.
- The chunk load is quite faster for the client and server.
- The rendering speed for the client is also faster.
- Game startup is also faster.
- There is a decrease in small network bandwidth in some scenarios.
