Although there is a variety of mods adding aquatic mobs to the game, this mod is still good to explore. Its purpose is to add some simple fish entities for the vanilla fish items.
Here are some fish entities that are based on the fish items:
- Cod
- Salmon
- Clownfish
- Pufferfish
- Fish Tank (A structure with multiple blocks where fish will not despawn in)
How to catch the fish:
- Go find some fish in the water then use a sword to stab them.
- You can use a fishing rod to catch the fish. Make sure the fishing rod you use is from this mod.
- Four fishing rods you can use are Wooden, Gold, Iron, and Diamond one.
- Another way is to use a bucket of water. The fish will enter the bucket.
- Then, you release it or put it into the fish tank.
How to breed the fish:
- You are required to create some fish tanks first.
- When the fish are inside of a fish tank, they will not despawn.
- You utilize seeds to breed the fish.
- Throw the real seed items into the fish tanks.
- Then the fish will swim to the seed items and absorb them.
- Make use of the dispensers with the seeds to create an auto farm.
This Mod helps you catch more fish and breed them.

How to install:
Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
Locate the Minecraft application folder.
- Open Run from the start menu.
- Type %appdata%, click Run.
Input where Just a Few Fish Mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods Just a Few Fish Mod folder.
When you open Minecraft, you see the mod is installed then click the button mods
