Find plants

Plants can be found in natural spawning blocks called gardens. Different biomes have different spawn gardens and drop different crops. Gardens now drop an item, spawn in groups of 2-6, do NOT spread and CANNOT be picked up. Changing their frequency can be done in the configuration and how much and what they reduce can be done in the JSON block itself.

Plant behavior

Crops can be grown with food or seeds. The crop now has a full eight stages like wheat. Crops drop an average of 2-4 crop entries and DO NOT drop seeds. You can change which item each block cuts to in the JSON block file itself if you want it to remove the seed. Right click to be harvested crops. This will also work with Minecraft crops.

Animal behavior added

Cattle, Sheep now follow/breed with amaranth, barley, beans, chickpeas, corn, lentils, mustard seeds (commodities), oats, quinoa, rice, rye, soybeans

Pigs are currently tracked/crossbred with Arrowroot, Artichokes, Asparagus, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Brusselsprout, Cabbage, Cassava, Cauliflower, Celery, Chili, Cucumber, Eggplant, Garlic, Jicama, Kale , Kohlrabi, Leek, Lettuce, Okra, Onion, Parsley, Peanuts, Peas, Radish, Rhubarb, Rutabaga, Green Onion, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Taro, Tomato, Tomato, Radish, Water chestnut, Winter squash, zucchini

Rabbits are currently tracking/breeding with Blackberry, Blueberry, Cactusfruit, Candleberry, Cantaloupe, Cranberry, Elderberry, Grape, Green Grape, Huckleberry, Juniperberry, Kiwi, Melon Slice, Mulberry, Pineapple, Raspberry, Spiceleaf, Strawberry, and Sweet Berries

Chickens now track/spawn with every seed known to man

All vegetables can be cooked in the forge, campfire and smoked: Arrowroot, Cassava, Garlic, Jicama, Kohlrabi, Leeks, Onions, Parsley, Peanuts, Radish, Rhubarb, Rutabaga, Green Onion, Sweet Potato, Taro, Radish, Chestnut Juice, White Mushroom (Brown and red mushrooms also work)

Tea leaves and coffee can be cooked in the smithy, campfire and smoker

Miscellaneous

All crops and seeds work in the incubator.
Added tags (new OreDictionary) to hopefully work with the Simple Agriculture mod and other Forge compliant food mods.
Seeds can now be dropped from Grass, Tall, and/or Fern blocks in the configuration. Change what drop/seed weight in that block’s JSON drop. Normally disabled.

Food behavior

Crops now restore the same values as the items they resemble in Minecraft.

If a plant is not listed, it is no longer edible.
